Who we are
We are an international membership network of 1,500 international, regional, national and local organisations, networks, agencies, coalitions, and other groups and individuals based in 129 countries in all world regions. Our members also include a wide range of active and interested individuals, such as policymakers, health and legal professionals, human rights advocates, researchers, journalists, students and academics.
Members all receive:
- Our newsletter, containing Campaign news and news from our members; the latest national and international news about abortion issues; research reports and publications with information on policy, services and methods; solidarity requests to take action in support of other members; information about International Safe Abortion Day on 28 September; conferences and meetings; and statements by the Campaign and other groups working for the right to safe abortion around the world.
- Contacts at your request with member groups, coalitions and networks in your country and at national, regional or international level for information sharing, joint advocacy work, holding meetings, coalition-building and other collaboration.
- The opportunity to ask for solidarity in cases of threats to safe and legal abortion and also in support of positive campaigns you are involved in.
